Data Appending is the process where we will take your existing database, which may have old or incomplete information and freshly update it against our database, with the new, correct, or previously missing information included. By enriching your database with our Data Appending service, you can ensure your business is singing from an accurate hymn sheet.
Data Appending can bring a lot of value out of your existing database. A contact database would be expected to degrade at a rate of around 20%-30% per year. By the third year without a cleanse, your data could be almost entirely useless. This is why we recommend to our clients that they complete at least one Database append per year to limit this problem.

How Data Appending Works
You’ll contact us, either by phone or email- letting us know how many records you have and what information you need appended, we’ll tell you how many records we can facilitate.
We’ll then send you an invoice for the number of records that will be appended with the up-to-date information. Once paid, we’ll get to work on your Data Appending.
We will match the records you have provided against our internal database and populate your database with the up-to-date information we hold on the record.
Once your Data Appending has been completed, we’ll then return your dataset with the new information flagged and included for you, meaning you’re ready to go!
